Remembering Joe Rocco

H2Omen may be back to normal. But normal isn't really normal anymore for so many of us who windsurfed the last 18 years, or more, or less, with Joe.
We were almost all touched in some way, and had the privilege of passing some part of the hours of our lives together, whether simply windsurfing, just chatting at the beach, or for others, on vacation with Joe or living with him.
