Imae of Mike Vitti recognized by Town of Huntington, N.Y.
Supervisor Frank Petrone (rear row center) was among the officials from the Town Of Huntington, N.Y., who honored Mike Vitti (foreground, center), president of Concerned Long Island Mountain Bicyclists (CLIMB), with a proclamation in recognition of his efforts to save bike trails in Trail View State Park from closing due to state budget cuts, and also for improving the quality of life for their neighbors by voluntarily constructing and maintaining a 4.7 mile trail in Fort Solonga and maintaining the Cold Spring Harbor Park.

CLIMB is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the growth and safe enjoyment of mountain biking.

CT RIDES

Sprain Ridge Park, off of the Jackson Ave. exit off of the Sprain Parkway. You should try it sometime and save yourself about 45 minutes of driving. Great single track as well as free > riding drops, jumps -- Tytus
Trumbull, I 95, exit 27 (in CT), then 25 North to the Daniels Farm Rd. exit, follow the signs to the "park and ride" ( a left turn at the end of the exit off ramp) park in "park and ride"... unload your bikes here... then take a left out of the "park and ride" and ride down the street into the small neighborhood... the road dead ends on the trail head entrance.
