Very little mountain biking,almost no windsurfing for now; herniated cervical discs are still a major problem. 6-14-07: Back on the DL with C5/C6/C7Herniated Cervical Discs. and other stuff. Oh well. What's up with the Webby? Still crazy busy as the editor of a large publication and not windsurfing, surfing, photographing or updating as much as I should. One of the last times in the wind was West Neck 12-2-06. And yeah, that's a bicycling helmet. Nice way to capture the spray Steve! But I am getting in some regular MTBing and road bike riding, and have lost about 20 lbs to help out in the floatation department. Hope to be back on the water soon. Injuries/tendinitis -- a few/some, but who hasn't got 'em? If you are injury free -- go ride, go surf!
